    The Resourcer Academy is a 16 week virtual training course with digital workbooks, 9 live & recorded training sessions, 16 live Q & A Calls, group coaching, an accountability system and a community of fellow recruiters. The training shows those new to recruitment or seasoned talent managers how to become expert resourcers.

    The Resourcer Academy is for anyone looking to increase their skill and work to best practice with candidates. Previous graduates have included brand new resourcers a couple of weeks into the job, and seasoned Talent Managers with over a decade in recruitment.

    Where does it happen?

    All training is delivered virtually & online because it provides flexibility and accessibility that face-to-face training simply can't match. Because of this, participants join from anywhere in the world.  Moreover, all sessions are recorded, so learners have the opportunity to revisit the material at their own pace.

    How does it work?

    Your Resourcer joins the live training (or watches the recordings), completes the action items, uses the provided tools and templates. Asks questions in the online group or on the live Q&A calls, follows the process, completes role plays, gets coached when stuck, gets results.

    Our overseas delegates watch the recordings and then meet with a Coach once a week to review the content.

     Is the training delivered virtually or face to face? 
    We deliver all training virtually because it provides flexibility and accessibility that face-to-face training simply can't match. With virtual training, participants can join from anywhere in the world, eliminating the need for travel and reducing associated costs.
     
    Moreover, virtual sessions can be recorded, offering learners the opportunity to revisit the material at their own pace.
     Is the training live or recorded?  
    Both! We deliver the training live in a workshop environment, all participants will be asked for thoughts and to implement the learnings.
     
    It is also recorded so if they miss a session they can catch up before the next one.

    Our overseas delegates watch the recordings and then meet with a Coach once a month to review the content.
     How often is the training?
    It is every week, however one week is a 2-hour learning session and the following week is an hour implementation session.
     Will there be homework?
    Yes – this is where the magic happens. Each week the delegates will be asked to implement what they have learnt in the form of an accountability action. This will complement their day-to-day work and allow them to use their new skills in real life.
     
    Every week they will also be asked to complete weekly accountability. This is vital this is a crucial aspect of their program as it enables us to provide feedback and support as necessary.
