As a former international rugby player, Nicky brings grounded resilience and high-performance thinking to everything she does.
Katy Green
Katy is a high-impact recruitment leader with 28 years of experience scaling teams, building brands, and growing an 8-figure recruitment business.
She’s led high performing teams in recruitment, from outsourced solutions to perm and contract and retained recruitment, and served as Managing Director at Aspire Digital Recruitment.
Today, Katy brings both strategic clarity and grounded presence to her clients. As a certified 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Kundalini practitioner, NLP Practitioner, and yoga devotee, she helps leaders rewire old belief systems, unlock inner resilience, and build businesses that scale without sacrificing self.
